I manage a trucking company in the south MS area, and had a several trucks in meridian at this time. We had an emergency which required a wrecker’s help. Within 15 minutes of me contacting J&C, they were on the scene. Job was done well and very timely. Great communication throughout the entirety of the process. 100% recommended.

If i could double this to 10 stars i would!! I want to provide tons of praise for the above and beyond help J & C towing provided to me, my husband and our pups on an RV trip gone awry! We were intending to travel from Miami to Colorado in our classic 1992 GMC Ultrastar bus when mechanical issues sidetracked us. After a routine gas fill-up, We began sputtering for unknown reasons as we left Florida and entered Mississippi. We made it to Laurel where it became obvious from how bad the bus was behaving we would need help ASAP to keep us on the road. Now, to make it even tougher for us, this was all happening on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, with the following Monday being Columbus day. After hours on the phone calling tons of locations around the area for help, which also included a GMC dealership with GMC mechanics, we kept being denied assistance with no one able to even look at the bus until we reached out J & C towing. They explained they were an hour away but said if we could get it there, they would take a look!! We could only go about 15 MPH but we got it there and they were amazing. The guys diagnosed the problem right away and helped us get to a nearby hotel while

I (a young female) was stuck an hour and a half from home today with 3 small kids. J&C was the ONLY local company around that answered and he was 2 hours faster than AAA. At 6pm he asked “have yall eaten”. That meant so much. Fast, efficient, kind, and professional! Thankful for such a good experience!
